Travel
Same prices everywhere. Flat travel.
Laundry and cleaning cost the same wherever you are. Travel is a single flat fee — $20 across our core area, $30 for our furthest communities — shown as its own line so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
| Rate | Where | Laundry collection + return | Cleaning travel |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton & Ancaster | $20 | $20 |
| Extended | Pickering, Whitby, Cambridge, Brantford, Kitchener & Waterloo | $30 | $30 |
One fee, both trips
For laundry, the travel fee covers the collection run and the return run — we drive out twice, you're charged once. Nothing gets added to the invoice afterwards.
Why it's flat, not metered
Charging by the kilometre would mean a different number for every customer and a quote you couldn't check. Two rates is simpler and easier to trust — and it means someone in Hamilton pays the same travel as someone in Toronto.
Payment
When you pay, and for what.
One-time laundry
Nothing upfront and no card hold. We collect, weigh, then send an itemized payment link based on the measured dry weight. Delivery and same-day are flat and shown before you book.
Laundry memberships
Prepaid and renewing on the 1st, with the first month prorated. Extra weight beyond your allowance is billed after weighing at your member rate.
Cleaning
A 25% deposit when the booking is confirmed, and the remaining 75% after the clean is finished. The deposit, balance and cancellation terms are shown before any payment.
