Weighed, washed, folded
Your order is weighed on a dry scale, then washed and dried to the settings you chose, folded and packed. You get an itemized payment link based on that measured weight — you'll see the scale reading on it.

Because we wash nearby, most orders are back the same evening. We promise within 48 hours so a busy week never becomes a broken promise — and Sunday returns mean a Friday pickup can come back Sunday.

These aren't part of the ordinary per-pound rate. Flag them when you book and we'll confirm whether we can take them and what it costs — we'd rather say no than ruin something.

We don't offer dry cleaning at launch. If something needs it, we'll tell you rather than risk it.
